Client Reviews

I have consistently worked with Patrick Driscoll of Lunch Construction & Design over the past 15 years. His attention to detail and exquisite craftsmanship in his finish carpentry are second to none. He has been an integral part of making my clients homes as well as my own, beautiful!

Over the past few years, we have used Patrick Driscoll at Lunch Construction and Design on four separate projects. On each occasion we have found the Lunch crew to be professional, courteous and respectful. Ideas and insights from Patrick, on both design and construction, resulted in a final product above expectations. He is an effective and easy communicator, leaves nothing to doubt; explains what and why. We look forward to working with him again.

I worked with Pat at Lunch Construction on a big project - an addition and full renovation of my home. Not only did he finish ahead of schedule and on budget, but the house looks even better than we had anticipated. The dedication and attention to detail was fantastic, and he was extremely responsive - any time of day I reached out he was quick to respond.

He made what felt like an intimidating project straight forward and easy to understand with his guidance and clear, consistent communication. He also has a great design eye - he gave us some ideas during the project that were extremely happy we took his advice on! Couldn’t recommend Lunch Construction enough.
